I couldn't find straw in my local hardware store and I discovered this store with a Google search. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I left with straw, seed starting potatoes, and the following plants (which are currently thriving in my garden): cabbage collards, collards, and cabbage.

Friendly people who do their best to help. Good honey selection. Some items of dog food wonβt be seen in front, if you know your brand is carried, ask for the specific food.

We just came from buying our fall/seasonal yard decor ((wheat straw bales, cornstalks, pumpkins, etc.) & were exceptionally pleased. The selection was great, the prices the best we've found (& we have been numerous places), & the customer service was beyond what we could have expected. The store itself is clean, well organized, & nicely decorated (for what it is, a "feed & seed" store). They are very conveniently located (because of where we live, of course), & it's so nice to have a smaller place (as opposed to the big box stores(to be able to park easily & browse such a good selection. We love them.

I buy almost and lots of times over a 100 dollars a week in feed and supplies from them. Last week I purchased two bags of premium Showtime chicken scratch grains for my flock of 60 birds. Placed them in the garage as soon as I got home and opened them up the next morning to add to my metal bins inside the coop for easier feeding. The bags were rotten molded and full of maggots and mealworms. I understand that sometime you may get a bad bag but both bags. That had to of gotten wet either during transit from the supplier or while in their possession. I took photos and took the receipt bag to them and they refused to take care of it and made it out to be my fault. I even asked if they would meet me half way and replace just one of the bags and they refused. They were very rude about it. I will not ever buy any of their products again if they will not stand behind them and make it right for the paying American customer. I do not recommend anyone use them. Find another feed store.

If you are looking for an excellent quality dog food that is affordable, go to Country Boy Farm & Yard. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Very competitive prices. They are closed on Sunday and only open until noon on Saturday, so plan accordingly. Over the years Iβve gotten chicks from them that have all thrived. Just recently I was able to get a couple of Lavender Orpington Pullets that are beautiful and so loving! Sometimes they also have youth/adult roosters, hens, & turkeys. They are located across the street from the highway department, closer to the light.
